After having my 7th child, I decided it was time to reconnect me with me. It was my turn to develop a positive relationship between my mind, body, and spirit. I took on that adventure by first losing 150 pounds off my physical body and that led me to understand the emotional aspects of a physical transformation.

My Mission

That journey led me to develop my 3-step process for strengthening the balance, confidence, and joy in everyday life. I followed up the completion of my Masters in Community Mental Health with a certificate in personal training, nutrition, and mindset mentoring. With the combined education and over 20 years of experience in the mental health field as a coach, counselor, and mentor I have been able to help thousands of men and women to bridge the gap and more easily access the support resources for healthy and healed living.
